Sandy talking agile creative & start up mentality in Financial Post

For more than 15 years, Sandy Fleischer worked in the heady world of advertising, putting together marketing campaigns for large companies. It was interesting work and as he learned more, Fleischer kept climbing the corporate agency ladder.

But recently, Fleischer left his agency management job and became managing partner at Pound & Grain, a small but growing digital agency in Vancouver. The tiny agency, which now has 12 employees, was started by three friends who left a large agency that Fleischer also worked at a couple of years ago.”
